Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 350 ml of kefir
  • 300 ml of warm water
  • 350 g of flour

Directions

  1. Place bananas, dry yeast, sugar, salt, kefir and eggs in a blender.
  2. Mix well, then add the flour and warm water, then mix again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container, then cover with transparent foil and leave for an hour.
  4. Oil the pan and bake them.
