Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 ml of water
  • 250 ml of milk
  • a spoonful of honey
  • a little cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Mix the mashed banana with the other ingredients.
  3. Place everything in the fridge for a while to let the chia seeds swell.
