You only need three ingredients to make chocolate mousse, the famous French dessert that will make you completely addicted. Nevertheless, you get the chocolate flavor, lightness and foamy structure that is characteristic of this type of dessert.
Ingridients:
- 8 pieces of bittersweet chocolate (70% cocoa or more), chopped and containing chocolate shavings
- 30 regular size marshmallows
- 2 dcl of full-fat sweet cream
Process:
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate, marshmallows and add half of the sweet cream. Mix everything together and heat in the microwave on the highest temperature for about 2 minutes or until the ingredients are melted and the mixture is smooth. When the mixture is smooth, leave it at room temperature for about 45 minutes to let it cool down.
- In another bowl, whip the rest of the sweet cream and put it in the refrigerator. When it is cooled, mix it together with the prepared chocolate mixture that you prepared earlier. Then place everything in the refrigerator for another two hours.
- For serving, you can use whipped cream sprinkled with chocolate.
