A chocolate dessert that no one will defend, as it has a completely light structure and wins you over from the first bite.
The word mousse comes from the French dictionary and means foam, and that's exactly what this dessert is - foamy and light.
In order to get the best possible mousse, it is essential to use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the mousse and you'll enjoy every bite.
