Recipe: Cold Chicken Salad

A tasty, rich and nutritious lunch that will fill you up on a hot summer day and won't burden your stomach too much.

Chicken is popular on summer days, as it can be quickly thermally processed. Add vegetables to it and you've got a fiber-filled meal that's rich and filling and just tastes great.

Cold chicken salad

Ingredients

  • chicken white meat
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 flask
  • oil
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 medium-sized cucumbers, grated
  • half a glass of sour cream
  • half a glass of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 grated cloves of garlic
  • grated Parmesan to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder
  • ground pepper

Directions

  1. Season the chicken well to taste, drizzle with oil and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
  2. During this time, chop mushrooms and zucchini, season and fry, then add diced bread.
  3. When it is baked, chop the lettuce and radicchio, then mix it with the fried vegetables and bread and with the chicken cut into small pieces.
  4. Add all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan.
