Chicken is popular on summer days, as it can be quickly thermally processed. Add vegetables to it and you've got a fiber-filled meal that's rich and filling and just tastes great.
Cold chicken salad
Ingredients
- chicken white meat
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 slices of bread
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 flask
- oil For the dressing:
- 2 medium-sized cucumbers, grated
- half a glass of sour cream
- half a glass of yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 grated cloves of garlic
- grated Parmesan to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder
- ground pepper
Directions
- Season the chicken well to taste, drizzle with oil and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
- During this time, chop mushrooms and zucchini, season and fry, then add diced bread.
- When it is baked, chop the lettuce and radicchio, then mix it with the fried vegetables and bread and with the chicken cut into small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
- Sprinkle with parmesan.
