Ingredients
- 150 g crushed or ground biscuits
- 60 g of melted butter
- 300 g of full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1.5 tablespoons of flour
- a glass of sour cream at room temperature
- a little strawberry jam
- strawberries to taste
Directions
- Mix the biscuits with the butter until you get a nice and smooth mixture, then pour it into the muffin tins. Press and smooth with a spoon.
- Mix cream cheese with sugar, gradually add eggs until well combined.
- Then add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, flour and mix again slowly until combined.
- At the end, add sour cream and mix everything.
- Distribute the filling evenly among the cookies in the muffin tins.
- Bake in the oven, heated to 160 degrees, for about 15 minutes, then immediately remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
- Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next day, it is served covered with strawberry jam and/or with the addition of berries to taste.
