Ingredients

  • 150 g crushed or ground biscuits
  • 60 g of melted butter
  • 300 g of full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons of flour
  • a glass of sour cream at room temperature
  • a little strawberry jam
  • strawberries to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the biscuits with the butter until you get a nice and smooth mixture, then pour it into the muffin tins. Press and smooth with a spoon.
  2. Mix cream cheese with sugar, gradually add eggs until well combined.
  3. Then add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, flour and mix again slowly until combined.
  4. At the end, add sour cream and mix everything.
  5. Distribute the filling evenly among the cookies in the muffin tins.
  6. Bake in the oven, heated to 160 degrees, for about 15 minutes, then immediately remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
  7. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
  8. The next day, it is served covered with strawberry jam and/or with the addition of berries to taste.
