Ingredients for retro pasta "penne alla vodka":
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of oil (preferably garlic flavored)
- 3 cups diced tomatoes (you can also use a can of tomatoes)
- 2 tablespoons of cooking cream
- 1 kg of pasta (penne rigate)
- ½ cup vodka
- 4 teaspoons of butter
- parmesan
- salt
Preparation instructions retro pasta "penne alla vodka":
Boil salted dill in a large pot. Put oil in a pan and fry the onion on it, salting it with a pinch of salt. When the onion softens, add the tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add cream and set aside. Throw the pasta into boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and put back in the pot. Add vodka, butter and salt to the pasta.
