Invisible Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 50 g of flour
- 1 bag of baking powder (15 g)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 30 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 20 g of oil
- vanilla extract
- 800 g of ripe apples
Directions
- Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes white. While whisking, add oil, milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix the mixture of flour and baking powder.
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices with a knife.
- Pour the egg mixture over the apples, mixing well to coat each slice.
