Invisible Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 50 g of flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder (15 g)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 20 g of oil
  • vanilla extract
  • 800 g of ripe apples

Directions

  1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes white. While whisking, add oil, milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix the mixture of flour and baking powder.
  4. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices with a knife.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the apples, mixing well to coat each slice.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When the cake has cooled, take it out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
