Did you want something sweet and you wouldn't bake a pastry in the oven? Problem solved. Here is a recipe for a juicy and very delicious cake with cookies - without baking.

It's a real creamy fantasy! Quick and easy to make. It is very refreshing and you will definitely enjoy every bite.

No-bake fruit cake

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 vanilla pudding
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 500 grams of sweet cream
  • 600 grams of raspberries (or fruit of your choice)
  • one package of baby biscuits.

Directions

  1. Mix 200 ml of milk, sugar and vanilla pudding. Boil the remaining milk and cook the pudding, stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat, transfer to another bowl and cover with cling film. Let it cool completely.
  2. When the pudding has cooled, beat the butter with powdered sugar, then add the pudding, which we previously mixed a little with a mixer, and beat everything together.
  3. Whip the sweet cream separately, then add a few tablespoons of sugar and the pudding.
  4. Divide the cookies into three equal parts. Cookies are not dipped in milk, just placed on a tray. Slowly apply the first layer of filling.
  5. Place fruit (half) on top of the filling, cover with sweet cream, which should not be too hard. Then the second layer of cookies, filling, fruit, cream, the third layer of cookies, the rest of the filling and cream.
  6. Let it stand for a while so that the cookies are soaked with the filling.
