Broccoli and chickpeas provide a daily intake of vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein. Prepare healthy, simple and delicious meatballs that will delight the whole family.
Meatless patties
Ingredients
- 400 g of cooked chickpeas from a can
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 egg
- 30 g of flour
- 30 g of grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dry parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash and roughly chop the broccoli. Drain the chickpeas and rinse them under running water. Cook them together in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain well.
- Toss a good half of the broccoli and chickpeas into a bowl. Mash the ingredients roughly with a fork, then add the flour, beaten egg, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and the rest of the mixture.
- Mix everything well to combine well.
- Form balls from the mixture with wet hands and fry them for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- When the meatballs are golden brown, serve them with your favorite side dish.
