- 1 1/3 cups oatmeal (ground oatmeal)
- 18 pitted dates
- 1 orange
- melted chocolate for topping
- orange peel

- Mix the sliced dates, oatmeal and orange juice in a blender. Mix until you get a uniform mass.
- Transfer the mixture to baking paper and press it down with your hands. Cover it with another paper.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out the mixture to an even thickness. You can use a cookie cutter or a glass to cut out the cookies.
