  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 300 g of fresh cheese
  • 50 g of cream
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • a handful of walnuts

Directions

1. The egg should be at room temperature, and the milk slightly warm. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until foamy. Then gradually add a glass of milk and mix. Sift the flour, pour half a cup into the egg and milk mixture. And stir until the lumps disappear.
2. Finally add the milk and finally add two tablespoons of vegetable oil. The dough should be quite liquid. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Then mix well again. Then you bake pancakes. Heat the pan well, grease it with vegetable oil.
3. Then mix fresh cheese (curd) with cream and sugar until you get a smooth mixture. Add vanilla sugar and chopped walnuts to taste. Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over them and wait 5 minutes, then rinse well again. Add raisins to fresh cheese, mix. Your filling is ready.
4. Leave the pancakes to cool a little, then spread them with the filling and roll them up as desired.
