Baked crispy chickpeas
Ingredients
- can of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon red pepper
Directions
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Strain the chickpeas well, then rinse them with water.
- Wipe it with paper towels and leave it for a few more minutes to dry completely.
- Spread the chickpeas on baking paper and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes to half an hour, stirring occasionally.
