Recipe: the best homemade peach and Greek yogurt lights

When the degrees climb to 30, then you know it's time for a nice cool down. We have a recipe for the best homemade peaches and Greek yogurt for you.

It's our latest obsession. Multi-layered the best homemade lights with peaches and Greek yogurt they look so-so, but at the same time they taste like that too!

Ingridients:

  • 435 g of peaches, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 66 g of brown sugar
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 340 g of Greek yogurt
  • 112 g of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Spread the peaches evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt and mix to combine the flavors. Bake the peaches until soft (20 to 25 minutes). Cool for 15 minutes. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, sour cream and vanilla extract. Transfer approximately 3/4 of the mass to a container from which you can then pour the mass. Add the cooled peaches to this mass and mix them into the mass with the help of a potato masher, which will squeeze the peaches nicely. Peach pieces can of course remain.

Pour 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the mold for the lights. This should be followed by 4 tablespoons of peach mass and then another 4 tablespoons of yogurt. You continue to use up all the mass. Place the light holders in the middle of the model and transfer the model to the freezer, where it should stay for at least 2 hours. To make it easier to remove the lights from the models, you can quickly "thaw" the model with warm water. So sweet good run!
