Universal yeast dough
Ingredients
- 1 kg of flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 dl of oil
- 4 dcl yogurt
- 2.5 dl of milk
- 1 fresh cube of yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Add yeast to 2 tablespoons of flour in warm milk to which you will add a little sugar.
- Stir a little to dissolve the sugar to help the yeast rise faster. It is desirable that the room is warm to achieve the desired reaction faster.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl. When the yeast has risen enough, you put it in the middle of the flour.
- Knead the dough until smooth. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more flour.
- Find a bag and put the dough in it. You can oil or flour it a little so that it doesn't stick. It is important to squeeze all the air out of the bag.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for up to 7 days. Leave the dough in a warm place for at least an hour before further use, and longer is even better.
