Hundreds of chefs will show why Slovenia is the European Gastronomic Region 2021 at the Restaurant Week Spring 2021 event, which will take place from June 18 to 27.
The most delicious spring week of the year, which therefore lasts ten days, is approaching, and the epidemiological picture is improving every day. Restaurant week spring 2021 will be from June 18 to 27 in 99 Slovenian restaurants and taverns, which made it into the strict selection with hearts. Instead of rumbling planes, such fragrant dishes will announce that we are returning to normal life again. In 2020, Restaurant Week in the spring and autumn, despite the epidemic, was visited by hundreds of thousands of guests. This year's Restaurant Week will be even more special, not only because of the normalization of life after the covid crisis, but also because of its title European gastronomic region, which Slovenia will wear in 2021.

Spring Restaurant Week will start collecting reservations for visits June 7. There will be an official website at that time www.tedenrestavracij.si updated with all the menus, in at least three courses, prepared by the chefs for their most massive presentation. The price of the menus is 19 euros, i.e. the same since 2019. However, because Restaurant Week was already introduced last year quality supplement in the best-rated restaurants (3 and 4 hearts, 6 euros), this year it will also be extended to restaurants with two hearts and an additional two euros (price 21 euros).

• Culinary Studio, Koper, 2 hearts
• Homestead Kabaj Morel, Dobrovo v Brdi (again after 2016), 1 heart
• Grajska Vinoteka, Ljubljana, 1 heart
• Restaurant Tiffany, Nova Gorica, 1 heart
• Restaurant Leonardo, Slovenska Bistrica, Nasmeh
