Ruf Project RBS ʺBergmeisterʺ: a speedster that takes inspiration from the past

Ruf Bergmeister takes his inspiration from Porsche models that have entered competitions on winding mountain roads. The legendary models Porsche 906, 909 Bergspyder and 718 RS 60 Spyder got their successor in the form of an open speedster.

Tony Hatter, who is responsible for the design of the last air-cooled Porsche 911, is behind the latest project of the German company Ruf. Ruf Bergmeister it has a full carbon fiber body and completely newly developed LED lights that can be fitted to all Porsche 993 models. The interior is simple and fully upholstered in black Alcantara.

It is located behind the seats air-cooled turbine 3.6-liter flat 6-cylinder engine that is connected to 6-speed manual gearbox.
