  • Instead of fruit juice, it is recommended that you can use plain or coconut water. If such a mixture is not to your taste (because it is not creamy), you can use milk substitutes such as drinks from oats, almonds or diža. However, you should not overdo it with such drinks, as they contain a lot of sugar.
  • Nutritionists say that in principle you cannot go wrong with the amount of vegetables in the mixture, but for a balanced drink it is recommended to mix two cups of vegetables and just one cup of fruit.
  • Into a mess add the seeds as well, which should be rich in fiber, healthy fats and proteins. Flax, chia and hemp seeds are said to be the best, but the recommended amount is half a tablespoon, because calories can quickly add up.
  • If you want to enjoy a creamy mixture, you can also add it Greek yogurt, which contains proteins and probiotics, but the most a tablespoon. Nutritionists advise against its use sweetened yogurts because of the incredibly high amount of sugar.
