Preparation:
Fill the plate with lettuce, tomato,
black olives and sliced boiled
eggs. Place sliced turkey on top
filet previously marinated with fresh spices
and roasted on the grill or in a pan,
add cress and season with olive oil,
balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt at the end
with coarse piranha salt.
