Since the transfer of packages from online stores in the pre-holiday period exceeded all expectations due to exceptional conditions, Pošta Slovenije is introducing additional capacities for delivery and also for accepting possible returns. Post office workers, in both postal logistics centers and in the field, strive daily to provide services as quickly as possible. Due to the extremely increased traffic at this time, the Post Office kindly asks for your understanding in case of possible delays or disruptions in the delivery of shipments, but they definitely recommend that you make online purchases of gifts as soon as possible.

For safe delivery of shipments, we recommend using all alternative forms of delivery of shipments. In addition to the network PS Paketomatov, which are located in 16 Slovenian cities, and two PS 24/7 self-service units, you can also choose a network of Direct4.me smart packages at 113 locations across Slovenia. They also allow delivery to the agreed location and alternative contact points such as Petrol and Mol service stations.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Pošta Slovenije allows you to return the purchased products easily and free of charge to114 Petrol service stations. Attach the completed return package label that you received from the online retailer or service station to the package. To speed up the delivery of the package, please fill in more delivery confirmation and enclose it with the return. We advise you that when ordering a shipment from an online retailer inquire about the possibility of returning the package free of charge also to the service station.
Tips for safe online shopping and picking up shipments:
- 1. When buying online, if possible, pay directly to the merchant.
- 2. Select alternative sites for the delivery of your packages (PS Paketomat, Paketnik Direct4.me, pre-arranged place, Petrol and MOL service stations).
- 3. Add when ordering mobile number, to contact you more easily.
- 4. Pick up the package outdoors and take note safety distance.
