Lack of sleep has (unfortunately) become the hallmark of modern man in the 21st century. And this, of course, brings many undesirable consequences, such as constant fatigue, stress, and so on. With this aim, a napping course was opened in Great Britain in one of the gyms.
That's right. You can now pay in the UK for a 15-minute stretch, which follows it A 45-minute nap at ideal room temperature. Course Nap-Ercise it is said to "invigorate the spirit, improve mood and even burn calories".
Even if it all seems like just one more false promise, there is some science behind it. According to a study conducted on Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, participants who took a 45-minute nap in the middle of a busy day, cope with stress more easily compared to those who did not nap. In another study conducted at UC Berkeley, found that an afternoon nap can increases the learning abilities of the brain.

It's the course for now in the trial phase, and people can participate in it at the gym David Lloyd in Sidcup, UK. If the trial phase is successful, gyms across the UK will also include a napping class in their programme.
