Kirk Kettner, a little over twenty years old, works as a security guard at the airport in Pittsburgh. He still hangs out with his high school friends, who are now his co-workers, and dreams of winning back his ex-girlfriend Marnie, who long ago found another. Aside from this little problem, Kirk seems content with life and refuses to turn it upside down until one day he catches the eye of the seductive party organizer Molly.
