Trends in sports 2015 predicts that next year will be spent in the spirit of squats, sit-ups and push-ups. At least that's what researchers say American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), who announced the results these days interesting research, which predicts the most popular forms of exercise in 2015.
1. Training with your own weight
Bodyweight training is an increasingly popular form of exercise, as it does not require equipment or an expensive fitness card.
2. High-intensity interval training
