Beat: CITY CHEF cooking academy - Italian meat specialties - November 5

At the CITY CHEF cooking academy in November, we prepared Italian meat specialties under the guidance of a master chef, which we rounded off with excellent desserts at the end. Check out the culinary pulse in the photo gallery!

On this one CITY CHEF cooking academy we tasted excellent Italian meat specialties – rolls with prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, arugula and cherry tomatoes, at the end we sweetened ourselves with profiteroli, Florentine biscuits and panna cotta.

He prepared the main dishes chef of Kaval Inn and Pizzeria, Dragan Marjanović, and he took care of the desserts pastry chef from Lolita, Greg Roda. During the meal, Kavalov introduced himself winemaker of the month for November KLEN'ART. The official water of the event is Pit.
