Butt workout that you have to include in your routine if you want it to be perfect!

Are you looking for a new or additional exercise to strengthen your leg muscles and butt? Then you must definitely try the "frog" exercise. Although it may sound strange to look to frogs for exercise, we have to tell you that this particular exercise has been proven to be VERY effective in building your butt muscles!

It might sound silly to tell you that what works for frogs works for you, but in this case it is more than true. Exercising "frog" could do you good desired results on the buttocks!

He popularized exercise Brett Contreras, who is known in the fitness and exercise world for his butt-shaping tactics. He shared a video on his Instagram showing how to do this exercise.

To begin with, lift only your body, i.e. your weight, advises Contreras. Do it three sets of exercises with as many repetitions as possible, depending on your skills. You can rest for one to two minutes between sets. When you get to the point where you can do 3 sets of 50 reps, it's time to go you add load, namely by placing a weight in your lap. Do 3 sets of 20 reps.

Contreras, however, didn't just stop at training for a perfect butt, he also developed it 30 day challenge, i.e. a series of exercises that you have to do so that you can see enviable results on your butt.
