People often don't see who we really are or how deep we've gone. We feed on illusions, so sometimes we have to adjust the mirror to overlook. Or the photos we're setting this time for all sushi addicts to realize that things have gotten out of hand. We understand that sushi is phenomenal, but too much is too much.
There is nothing wrong with enjoying a certain one feeds. But as with everything, it is necessary healthy measure.

Sushimania it's just one of the branches of obsessions that grow on a culinary tree that grows more lush as the years go by. Probably the most absurd the thing that grew out of it is nyotaimori (meaning "presentation on the female body" in Japanese), human sushi tray, where sushi is not served on a plate, but on giant (somehow) to a woman's body.
