Step 1

When you wake up in the morning, don't open your eyes right away. The mind usually opens its eyes immediately, and you miss a great opportunity. When you first wake up, all your life energy is in motion, as Osho notes. And if your eyes are closed, then you can look deep within yourself because you are still fresh, full of energy and have a clear mind. Step 2

Stretch like a cat with your eyes closed for three minutes. Do not open your eyes or look at the outside of your body. Look at the body from the inside. Stretch, move, let the body's energy flow and feel it. This will bring you a pleasant feeling that will accompany you all day. If you like these sensations, you can stretch for another 5 minutes. The main thing is to be very careful with your feelings, to do everything slowly and without haste.

Step 3

Then laugh out loud for two or three minutes. Do not open your eyes with your eyes closed. Laugh out loud with your eyes closed. If you do this, you will see that in three or four days your mood will change, you will want to laugh and enjoy yourself. Don't be afraid of what others will say or think, because this technique can only make them laugh, which is beneficial. With laughter, you will start the day positively.

According to Osho, only a person who has a sense of humor, who can laugh with all his heart, grows. The life of such a person will turn into a happy one despite all external circumstances.
