It's hard to resist sweets, especially in summer, when there is a lot of seasonal fruit available, which you can use in various sweets. Here are three recipes to satisfy your stomach.
1. Ice lights
YOU NEED (from 8 to 10 lights):
- 500 g of fresh (seasonal) fruit
- 1 lemon
- 80 g of agave syrup
PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender to get a liquid mass. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and place a wooden stick in the center of each one. Let the dessert stand for three hours to freeze. In the freezer ice lights you can keep it for 14 days.
2. Chocolate balls
YOU NEED (30 beads):
- 6 tablespoons of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 375 g of melted white chocolate
- 200 g of sugar and cookie crumbs
PREPARATION:
Mix the cookies in a blender until you get a fine mass, then add the cream cheese and mix the mass well. The mixture should hold together while pressing. Form balls and dip them in white chocolate. Leave them in the fridge until ready. Chocolate balls you can also decorate.
3. OREO COOKIE DESSERT
YOU NEED:
- 40 Oreo cookies
- 227 grams of unsalted butter
- 375 grams of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Chop 30 oreo cookies in a blender, then add half of the softened butter to the mixture and mix everything together. Pour the resulting mass into a 9 x 9 cm baking pan and mold it according to its shape. While the base is resting in the pan, combine the powdered sugar, the remaining half of the butter, milk and vanilla extract in a mixer. After mixing for three minutes, add the remaining (10) oreo cookies, crushed by hand, and gently mix them into the mixture with a spoon. Spread the resulting mixture on the base in the baking dish and leave Oreo cookie dessert stand in the refrigerator.
