After millennials, here are the founders!

After Generation X and Millennials, founders are here. For the past few years, companies and organizations have been searching for the right name for the baby generation that has replaced the millennials. After many failed attempts (The New York Times wanted to call them Generation Z, at Apple they cheered for the term "iGen", and in the media we could also see the name "Plurals"), at MTV they finally found a term that "caught". Here are the founders!

Founders are the new millennials! If you are mostly on Snapchat, you have absolutely no nostalgic connection to the 90s and do you think Facebook is completely passé?, you are most likely a member of the new generation of founders.

The millennial generation or, in short, millennials are young people born after 1982. Their key characteristics are that they are extremely technically savvy and perceptive, they know how to work with computers and other technological devices, they are able to process a huge amount of media messages, they are used to sex and violence, they are highly educated and brought up to do or achieve something. After such a well-informed and successful generation comes a new, even more insightful and advanced generation, for which the media has finally found the right name.

After unsuccessful attempts (The New York Times wanted to call them Generation Z, at Apple they cheered for the term "iGen", and in the media we could also see the name "Plurals"), at MTV they finally found a term that " caught". Well, not exactly found, because the "outdated" millennials finally figured out the best way to find the right term - they decided to ask them, the children, about it. In March 2015, more than a thousand children were questioned, and the majority decided to grandiose appellation of the founders ("founders"). The founders are children born after 2000, adults surrounded by social networks, which makes them brave individuals who are not afraid of media and other attention. From here too more and more YouTube and Snapchat stars. It is also a generation that has realistic expectations about the future. While millennials believe everything is within their reach, founders grew up in a crippled economy in which their parents struggled to survive. The recession definitely equipped them with the knowledge that risk doesn't always pay off.

And now that we've finally found a name for the founders, is it too early to label those who are currently being named by Instagram filters as instaboomers? 😉
