Are tablets making a comeback and do we really need them?

Most have almost forgotten about the tablets that found their way into many households at the beginning of this decade. Namely, they were replaced by smartphones, which completely took over our attention. However, habits are changing and maybe very soon tablets will be a part of our lives again. This is what certain trends show.

I myself remember a personal experience with a tablet on beginning of this decade, which somehow changed my view of the media world. All of a sudden I learned about electronic books, the possibility of using the tablet as an audio library and doing a lot of tasks on it and with it, paying bills, telegraphically replying to e-mails... and in the evenings I indulged in an evening dose of social networks or a new "daily" vlog Casey Neistat on YouTube. At the time, the tablet simply made it easier to use the web, which in some way had not yet been adapted to smartphones. Its purpose was completely clear - to have the entire web in its hands. But the trend of ever-larger phones arrived and soon they pushed the tablet out of my life. The phone became a heavy "brick" in my pocket, and the tablet was forgotten for a certain time. As it happened to me, I believe it has happened to a significant number of users as well tablets of that period.

Tablets are coming back?!
Tablets are coming back?!

The world is changing at a faster pace and the use of the media web is changing practically on a monthly basis. Yellow print we only follow on Instagram, where we know everything about everyone at any moment. On the other hand Facebook it is becoming a kind of reality show of individuals praying for the heads of the average. And the mass follows them, as it used to follow the soul shepherds. Television (p)remains just a box for streaming content from the web. I don't watch reports anymore, I don't rewind programs. When I notice that the television is on at home, I feel a strong urge to turn it off. It bothers me that I'm holding my primary media device in my hands - a smartphone. With headphones in my ears, I am in my own sphere of interest of my interests, hobbies, interests. I draw information and all the knowledge of this world from the largest library of knowledge - YouTube. But on the other hand, I look at the small 6 inch screen time and time again it lacks the visual excesses of large screens. The sound of the phone is often too weak to be right audio-visual experience. It's hard for me to read an electronic copy of a book on my phone, and even harder to scan the world's digital editions of newspapers. When I search this big world with my three-year-old son, we need a lot a bigger playground, as offered by a smartphone. And it is precisely when researching and creating that the tablet proves to be indispensable.

Tablets are already coming back. They are making a comeback as a teaching aid, a study tool, and at the professional level as devices that practically replace laptops. Many of the tablets allow connection with blue-toothed keyboards, which somehow transform them into that the only multimedia device, which we need outside of work. Some allow use electronic pens and thus they quickly turn the tablet into a real one"moleskin". Most of them can be placed in the so-called "desktop" mode, which transforms them into classic computer desktop, on which we immediately feel completely at home. Tablets can be the only computer you need in your spare time. I say all this from my own personal experience.

Lately I've been having fun with a relatively affordable tablet Huawei M5 Lite, for which approx 329 euros. An amount that is absolutely appropriate for this type of device. Otherwise, the 10.1-inch device has a nice design and is able to create a decent soundstage, as it is helped by speakers that were helped to develop at Harman Kardon. The sound is good and watching movies or playing games will be not only a visual but also an acoustic experience. Allows viewing of recordings in FHD quality, which is especially important for all of us who spend a lot of time on YouTube. It has a powerful processor, which is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM, and the latter internal memory can be easily expanded with a memory card. You can take a tablet 1, 2, 3 are charged via a fast charger, but that won't do the job very often, because it can take quite a while 7500 mAh battery. Enough to watch quite a few feature films. Not only that, you can buy an e-pen for the tablet, which turns the device's screen into an artistic canvas on which serious creation or just relaxing gaming is possible.

Tablets also statistically remain a part of our lives, because according to the data statista.com the use of tablets and the time spent on such devices is rising sharply. And if your fingers are itchy, then I believe that right now is the right moment to decide on a tablet again.
