Don't worry, it is by no means a painful or dangerous task, as your movements should be gentle and pleasant. We suggest you use stainless steel scraper or spoon.
Start tearing the tongue out back pages or bottom of the tongue and do this until you scrape of the entire area (usually you need 7 to 12 movements for this). Make sure you are as much as possible gentle and rinse your mouth afterwards.
Scraping it off your tongue removed the bacteria, and this ritual is also said to encourage gastric function and others digestive enzymes. This exercise will also show you how refined is your body- less coated is your tongue, the less poison you carry with you.
