Ingredients

  • 210 g of flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 125 g of butter
  • 80 g of milk chocolate
  • 60 g of dark chocolate
  • 60 g of chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • a large egg
  • teaspoon of baking soda
  • teaspoon of baking powder
  • teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the brownie pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and a little salt. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.
  3. Mix the butter and sugar until you get a fluffy, smooth mixture. Add the egg, vanilla extract and two mashed bananas. Then melted chocolate. Mix everything together until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. Mix flour, chopped milk chocolate and walnuts or hazelnuts into the resulting mixture by hand.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Before taking the banana bread out, check with a toothpick whether the cake is cooked.
