BOSCH'S RECIPE - Hot chicken with french fries

• 2 dessert spoons of red pesto
• ½ chili sauce (harissa)
• 1 tablespoon of roast chicken seasoning
• 1-2 dessert spoons of olive oil

• 1 kg of floury potatoes
• vegetable oil

Preparation

1. Quickly rinse the chicken under cold running water and pat it dry with a paper towel. Mix the red pesto and chili sauce. Rub the resulting mixture into the inside of the chicken.

3. Place the chicken on the baking tray, breast side down. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes.
