This time, we accompanied and immortalized the first autumn day with the Cooking Academy - City Chef. This brought real autumn cuisine and delicacies to the city, which made the taste buds happy even on slightly colder days. With the refreshing official guide of the Jamnica event, we explored dishes in the company of chestnuts and mushrooms in the renovated Bosch and Siemens salon, and we said a final goodbye to summer with shrimps.
On the first day of autumn, September 23, we held the Cooking Academy - City Chef in the renovated Bosch and Siemens salon with the head chef of the Kaval Restaurant and pizzeria, Dragan Marjanović, starting with a divine pumpkin soup with porcini mushrooms and truffles. We also cooked ravioli with porcini mushrooms and shrimps, and then we crisped the beef fillet with fresh porcini mushrooms as if for a bet.
We treated ourselves to a sweet cuddle and licked our fingers with the excellent chestnut mousse, which was provided by the confectioner from Lolita, Greg Roda.
