CORN CRUSH WITH YOUNG CHEESE

INGREDIENTS: 200g of sweet corn kernels 50g of butter 50g of cornmeal 30g of sharp wheat flour 250g of pureed cottage cheese 2 whole eggs 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 tablespoon of sour cream, salt PREPARATION: From butter, flour, cottage cheese, sour cream, ...

INGRIDIENTS:
200g of sweet corn kernels
50g of butter
50g of cornmeal
30g of sharp wheat flour
250g of pureed cottage cheese
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sour cream, salt

PREPARATION:
From butter, flour, cottage cheese, sour cream
cream, egg yolks and
of cornmeal on
quickly mix the dough. Just before baking
add snow whites, salt and
lightly stir in the corn kernels.
Pour into a well-greased baking pan and
bake at 200 °C for about 30
minutes. Serve warm
