Ingredients
- 150 g ground biscuits
- 60 grams of butter
- 400 ml of sweet cream
- 350 g of cream cheese
- 100 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of melted and slightly cooled white chocolate

Directions
- Mix the crushed cookies and melted butter and pour this mixture into the mold/muffin pan.
- Whip the sweet cream.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar in a special bowl, then add melted white chocolate.
- Slowly add the whipped cream and mix and pour it over the cookie mixture. Save some of the cream for decoration.
- Leave in the freezer or refrigerator for 20 minutes until completely set.
