Recipe - Peanut Cookies

Ingredients – Peanut Cookies

  • 75 g of peanuts
  • 100 g of butter
  • 200 g of flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 75 g of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

The process of making peanut cookies:
Place the raw peanuts in a multi-purpose food processor and grind them finely. Save about two handfuls of peanuts for later. Sift the flour and baking soda and add the cubed butter. Knead this to form a crumbly mixture. Add sugar and peanuts. Then beat the egg with vanilla extract and add to the mass. We knead until we get a smooth dough, which we shape into balls. Place them on a baking sheet that we previously lined with parchment paper. Flatten the cookies with a spoon and sprinkle with peanuts. Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. The cookies should become golden. When they are baked, cool them on a wire rack. Have a good run!
