Manner cottage cheese mousse with pears and wholemeal crispy flakes is a wonderfully light autumn recipe. The quick preparation is especially nice, because in this way you can also reward yourself for small things in everyday life.
Manner Snack crunchy snacks with fine milk hazelnut cream and chocolate (25 g) are practical, so they are ideal as a snack and promise sweet satisfaction during every break.
Ingridients
- 4 pears
- 2 spoons of honey
- 500 ml of water
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 400 g fine cottage cheese, 20 percent fat
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 80 g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- organic lemon peel, grated

Preparation
Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes. Add honey, lemon juice and cinnamon to the water and cook the pears in it over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
For the mousse, first whip the cream. Mix finely pureed cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon peel in a bowl. Then stir in the whipped cream.
Coarsely chop Manner Snack with milk hazelnut cream. Fill the glasses alternately with a layer of mousse, pear compote and chopped Manner Snack. Before serving, garnish with dried pear slices.
