Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • half green
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g of minced meat
  • 150 g of spicy sausages
  • 1 tablespoon of dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • half a teaspoon of chili leaves
  • 1 dcl of white wine
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 940 g of chicken base
  • 120 g of cream
  • 130 g of grated cheese
  • 50 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 225 g lasagna noodles

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the chopped onion, green and red pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Add minced meat and sausages to the pan. Stir, add salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the tomato puree, basil, oregano, thyme and chili. Cook for a few minutes, then add another can of chopped tomatoes and chicken stock. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. Add more cream and let the mixture boil for about 15 minutes.
  4. While the mixture is boiling, tear the noodles into pieces about 5 cm long and cook them al dente. This means that you drop the pasta into boiling water as usual, stir it slightly during cooking and turn off the heat when it is still a little firm. Then drain the water and mix the cheese with the noodles.
  5. Ladle the soup into a bowl with the noodles and serve. Bon Appetit!

Additional tips:

– You can use instead of cream thick coconut milk.
– Serve the soup with parmesan and fresh basil.
