Ingredients for cheesecake lights with strawberries (for 8 lights):
230 grams of cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¾ cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
6 large fresh strawberries
6 graham crackers
1 tablespoon of melted butter
Preparation of cheesecake lights with strawberries:
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and milk well in a multipurpose mixer. Add the sliced strawberries and mix again. Pour the mass into the candle molds and leave a good two centimeters of space at the top of each mold (this is where the crust will come later). Gently tap the molds on the counter to get rid of air bubbles. Crush the graham crackers in a food processor and slowly add the melted butter while crushing. A mass resembling 'wet sand' should form. Distribute the mass evenly in the molds and press down slightly. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. You can keep the lights for up to 3 days. Have a good run!
