Scrambled eggs are a pretty basic and easy dish, but you can always improve your recipe. For light and creamy scrambled eggs, you need to know some basics, but it's good to follow the tricks and add the secret ingredient.

Never bake eggs at a high temperature, as they can quickly scramble or burn. Always prepare them at low temperature and stir constantly, to keep them light and creamy. You also have to be careful not to overcook them. Namely, you must remove the pan when the eggs are not completely ready, as their structure must remain wet.

Scrambled eggs with sour cream

If you want your morning breakfast to get additional silky texture you need to follow the following trick. Add to the eggs at the end a spoonful of sour cream.

To taste but you can enrich the scrambled eggs with many additives such as: asparagus, bacon, salmon, mushrooms, truffles, crabs, caviar, vegetables and fresh herbs. Be creative and have a good run.
