Recipe: The best yogurt mice

Ingridients:

  • 200g of flour
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pot of yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 small spoonful of rum or cognac
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • ½ bag of baking powder
  • salt
  • oil for frying
  • icing sugar
  • chocolate
  • coconut flour

Process:

Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a mixer into a smooth dough, which is left to rest for a while.
