- 1.5 kg of sugar

- 3 sour green apples
The process of making homemade peach jam:
Cut pitted (but not peeled) peaches, shake them in a multi-purpose food processor and grind them into a fine pulp. Pour into a pot, stir in sugar and put on the stove, where we let it boil. The marmalade is then cooked on moderate heat for 20 minutes. After this time, add grated unpeeled apples (apple pectin keeps the jam from being runny).
