Recipe: juicy apple cake (no baking)

Apples are the fruit from which intoxicating desserts are made. The apple cake recipe is no exception.

If you love apples and pastries made from them and don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, try the following recipe.

Juicy Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of apples
  • 600 ml of water
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • one bag of vanilla sugar
  • two teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 120 grams of vanilla pudding
  • 200 ml of water
  • 36 pieces of petit biscuits
  • whipped cream
  • 30 grams of grated chocolate.

Directions

  1. Pour 600 ml of water into the pan, add 200 grams of sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, two teaspoons of cinnamon and grated apples.
  2. Cook for about five minutes, then add 120 grams of vanilla pudding, which you previously whipped in 200 ml of water. Cook over moderate heat until the mixture comes together and thickens enough.
  3. Arrange 12 pieces of petit biscuits on the bottom of a 19x31cm baking pan, spread half of the cooked apple mixture on them. Arrange the biscuits again and pour over the other half of the mixture. Let's finish everything with the next row of cookies.
  4. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, take it out and cover it with pre-whipped cream and sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
  5. It would be best to let the cake stand overnight so that all the juices are absorbed and the sponge cake is completely soft.
