Recipe: mousse with only two ingredients

This recipe is ideal for days when you want to eat something creamy and you don't feel like baking something special or going to a pastry shop.

You won't believe it, you can make a fantastic mousse from just water and chocolate, which will amaze you with its full taste!

Chocolate and water mousse

Ingredients

    1. mixture: 180 grams of dark chocolate 60 ml of water + 70 ml of cold water from the refrigerator 2nd mixture:
  • 180 grams of milk chocolate
  • 60 ml of water + 60 ml of cold water from the refrigerator 3. mixture: 180 grams of white chocolate 60 ml of water + 40 ml of cold water from the refrigerator

Directions

  1. Melt each type of chocolate in 60ml of water in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  2. Microwave again for 20 seconds and stir again. If there is any unmelted chocolate left, repeat the process for another ten seconds.
  3. Then put each mixture in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for an hour.
  4. Cold, mix each mixture individually on high speed until smooth and lighter, while adding cold water from the refrigerator.
  5. Finally, pour the mixture in layers into the glass - dark, milk, then white chocolate and leave it in the fridge for half an hour.
