- 80 g of Oreo cookies
- 40 g of butter Ingredients for the filling:
- 180 g of chocolate
- 140 ml of milk
- 250 ml of sweet cream Ingredients for ganache:
- 50 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of milk chocolate
- 100 ml of milk
Directions
- Remove the white cream from the Oreo cookies and mix them. Or you can already buy crushed Oreo cookies.
- Mix with melted butter, then press the dough into the mold.
- Melt the chocolate with milk, then add the whipped cream and mix.
- Pour over the cookies and smooth. Cool while you prepare the ganache.
