Ingredients
- 1 kg of white meat
- 45 g of flour

- 3 medium onions
- 5 cloves of garlic

- 25 g of flour
- 1 l chicken soup (soup cubes)
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 20 mushrooms
- 240 ml of cooking cream
Directions
- Cut the meat into cubes, then put it in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If desired, you can add some spices.
- Fry the meat in a deep pan, in which we have heated a little oil.
- Remove the meat. Add the butter to the pan where the meat was roasted, and when it melts, add the finely chopped onion.
- Season with salt and sprinkle with thyme and mix. When the onion softens, add the flour and mix. Then pour over the soup (make it by diluting a chicken soup cube in a liter of water).
- Mix well so that there are no lumps, then add milk and lemon juice. Cook until it boils, then add the sliced mushrooms and return the meat.
- Add salt and pepper as needed, mix, cover and reduce the temperature. Cook for another 20 minutes.
- Add the cooking cream, mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
