Pudding with strawberries and chia seeds

Ingredients

  • 50 g of chia seeds
  • 200 ml of coconut or almond milk
  • 100 g of berries
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix the chia seeds and milk in a bowl, cover and refrigerate. Wait 5 hours or leave the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Mix the lemon juice, sugar and strawberries in a pan. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Wait for the strawberry mixture to cool, then mix it again with a hand mixer.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture over the chia seed and milk mixture. Bon Appetit!

Smoothie with blueberries and banana

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 100 g of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 60 g of blueberries
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 1 tsp chia seeds as desired
  • fruit of your choice

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a hand mixer.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and wait for it to cool down a bit. Serve with fruit of your choice. Bon Appetit!

Vegan pancakes with banana

Ingredients

  • 150 g of flour of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • vegetable oil of choice
  • 1-2 bananas
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • fruit of your choice
  • vegan dandelion honey as desired

Directions

  1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and mix in 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Then gradually add 300 ml of coconut milk to the mixture.
  2. Coat the pan with oil and pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into it for each pancake. Place 4-5 pieces of banana on the mixture and wait until you see bubbles on the surface. Then carefully turn the pancake over and cook for another 1 minute on the other side.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining milk, sugar and salt. Wait until the mixture thickens (it should have the consistency of cream). Then use the mixture as a pancake topping. Serve with fruit of your choice and, if desired, with a substitute for honey. Bon Appetit!
