The Aleja Šiška shopping center opens on Friday, May 8, 2020 at 8 a.m.
This week the countdown to the opening of the new, of the most modern shopping center ALEJA in Ljubljana in Šiška: some new shops and bars will open for the first time on Friday 8 May 2020 at 8am. These are: shop Interspar, drugstore Müller, Big Bang, telecommunications operators A1, T2, Telekom Slovenije and Telemachus, flower shop Gardenia, dry cleaning and laundry Swan, the bank New KBM, pet store HUNTER, Chocolate shop Cukrček, Pandora, Hervis with its bicycle shop and, according to the latest government decree, cafes with outdoor terraces such as Cafe Zvezda, Aunt Frida and Cafe DeLUXE. They will work as part of the new ALEJA shopping center, which will be opened every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., except Sundays. Individual stores and bars will operate differently within this, which you can follow on the website aleja.si.
The rest of the mall will open in accordance with government guidelines and permits that will be issued in the near future, including a wide range of top fashion brands.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, they introduced an extraordinary high hygiene standards with regular disinfection of contact points, such as handrails and escalators and other hardware and buttons in elevators and ATMs. They will be available to visitors hand sanitizers at each entrance to the mall and in front of the entrance to every shop or bar. Entrance to the shopping center will be only possible with a mask, but to make shopping pleasant and safe, they will be at the entrances also monitored the number of visitors.
